History

Ten years ago, a group of ophthalmologists with a dream of excellence, humanity and service joined forces to form a team to better serve our people, in Baja California and California.

Placing our office precisely on the border, we knew a better service could be offered for patients both sides of the border.

We also invited medical collaborators to take advantage of our excellent surgical and medical installations, as an alternative to their own practices, to increase the comfort of their patients for its easy access, top of the line equipment and modern facilities.

As we continued to grow, on-site services developed, and we currently hold over 50 visual health campaigns a year, taking our expertise right where it is most needed.

With a spirit for constant improvement, Ocuvisión members attend periodic meetings all over the world, offering top of the line technology, along with a kind and personal care for our patients, allies and collaborators.

We are 100ft from San Ysidro border crossing.  If walking, follow the sidewalk past the yellow cab station, across the street and you will find us in SIMNSA building.

If by car, take the second exit (before you go up the bridge), you will see our sign, just past the yellow cab station.  Park in the front of the building.
